- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier office or neighbors.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at bbkoreangrill@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the resolution process.
8. Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Address changes cannot be made after the order has been processed.
9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
- Refunds for returned orders will exclude the original shipping fee.
