  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier office or neighbors.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at bbkoreangrill@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the resolution process.

8. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Address changes cannot be made after the order has been processed.

9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
  • Refunds for returned orders will exclude the original shipping fee.
